Eyelid aesthetics, whose medical name is blepharoplasty, is the treatment of lower or upper eyelids, usually due to aging (it can occur at an early age due to genetics, trauma and infection), such as sagging, bagging, drooping of the upper lids and eyebrows, bags and lines on the lower lids. It is the name of the surgical correction process.

It can be applied for those who have sagging in the lower and upper eyelids due to aging, experiences or reasons, accidents, traumas or preferences.

After the patient is checked before eyelid aesthetics, drawings and measurements are made on the natural curved lines of the eye for upper lid blepharoplasty. For the incision, heat incision devices called scalpels or cautery, or some special laser technologies are used. Lower lid aesthetics can be performed from the lower lid lash line or from the inner side of the eyelid with a method called transconjunctival.
